Second Breakfast is a casual, role-play friendly kin made up of active members committed to an environment of respect among all players. We are striving to build a welcoming, helpful environment for our members and players on the Crickhollow server. We promote a hobbit outlook of sharing food, drink and music, and wish for this attitude to be reflected at all times whether our members are wielding a walking stick or a sword. Our kinship is looking for like-minded individuals with an interest in all aspects of the game. All classes/races/levels are most welcome.
Any who are interested in joining us: please find us in game or go ahead and fill out an application.
Elevenses, a Crickhollow tradition since its inception, has been reborn as a twice-weekly event. Meet inside Michel Delving's Bird & Baby Inn for Early Elevenses on Sundays at 11am (EST/server time) and Evening Elevenses on Mondays at 11pm. It's a time for light music, the telling of tales, singing, dancing, riddles, jokes, the latest news and gossip, and of course, PIE! All well-mannered folk are welcome, including Elves, Dwarves, and Men, but expect a Hobbity warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Inn. It's a great opportunity to spend relaxing time with your friends or make new ones, to role-play (or learn how), and to socialize with your Crickhollow neighbors in a casual setting.
We also invite everyone to join us for Bread and Jam Sessions, held in the Prancing Pony every Friday night from 8pm-10pm server time (EST). Share your new or favorite tunes, have an ale or two, kick up your heels in a dance, and enjoy some informal playing time with Breakfast Club. A Bard is readily available to sell inexpensive instruments, and you don't need to be a minstrel--everyone enters Middle earth with the ability to play music and dance! To find out more about Bread and Jam, please watch this video.
We've had one, yes. But what about second breakfast?
