No cowbells!? Well, that means Bugo is out. (just kidding) Actually, Bugo is going to come visit me in RL tomorrow night, so I am unsure if we will even be at my house come time for that. Otherwise, I think we both would try to make it.

Thank'ee fer signin on; would it be too much trouble t' let me know which instruments yer able t' play? (Or, if th' list is shorter which ones y' cant...) an don't bother with cowbells—none o' th' music I got prepared requires a cowbell o' any sort; nor pibgorns neither  |

Hmmm... I DO hope I'm spellin that right...
SO, th' Winter Dance Festival that got postponed about 3 weeks ago is now comin up this Sunday, th' 8th o' January at 3PM. We still dunno if Rosie's goin t' be able t' be there, much less handle all th' arrangements, so I'm takin over, more or less. An what I need t' make this work is a BAND! Can't have dancin without music! So I'm lookin fer 7 (or more) people t' make a firm commitment t' be there t' play fer th' Event. I understand that RL can throw horseshoes in th' gears, but I need people who'd normally be here on Sunday afternoons anyway t' commit t' bein available from about 2:45 til mebbe 4:30 or so. This means YOU, Bobby, Turin, Buddy, Kanaru, Butter, Marv, Swal, Taenz, Sadie, Daisy, Lattie.. an anyone else that's played with us b'fore that I can't recall right now.
Please respond t' this post with a list o' th' instruments y' can play. Ill work up a play list with all th' instrument assignments fer each number, in order, that we'll be doin, so y' can each have a copy, an there'll be no fumblin around figgerin out who's playin what on each number.
I realize that not all th' people I mentioned are goin t' necessarily be free at that time; if there's a good chance ye'd have t' back out fer unavoidable reasons, it's probly better not t' say ye'll do it. But I'd like t' get at least 8 people (includin myself) so we can do th' "Time Warp" ;) an a few other things besides. |
