Larksong'll be there. She's still only level 20 so I don't know if she can teach anything yet but she'll bring along all her instruments and fill in wherever needed. Where are we playing (after we meet at kinhouse)? Bree or Ale-Hall?

Well, at this point, I'm not really able t' make up parts assignments, as I dunno fer certain who all will be there. We have 2 recruits new t' th' Band, Kyrian an Bungogamgee, but I don't expect Kyrian t' be there ( out o' town this weekend, so I'm told) plus there's another fellow, Schweppadeus, who wants t' play with us an may be joinin th' Kin in a week or so. Plus Bugo may be there, an Calily, an Lattie also. If all them folks show up (or don't, in Kyrian's case) then along with m'self, Taenzel, Taumel, Kanaru, Larksong an Dothlangir, we'll have ELEVEN people, even if Rosie's not able t' make it. 12 if she does. (Astoundin, ain't it?)

SO.

We'll all meet at th' Kinhouse with our printed out copies o' th' playlist in our hands an hash out th' parts dependin on who's there. At this point I b'lieve Schwepp can only play th' Lute, but Lark or someone can probly teach him somethin else. We got no advertisin out this week, we'll just be playin fer whoever happens by, so no set startin time. Just need t' get things sorted out pretty quick, so we don't push th' Euros into stayin up past their bedtimes ;)

Not t' worry, Rosalie; seems we ought t' ba able t' get at least 6 or 7, an with that we can do th' whole thing agin, just droppin a part here or there on th' (I think only 3) eight-part numbers—one o' which, Dowd's Favorite, I ain't had time t' analyze yet fer what was wrong with it, so we may not do that at all. In any event, enjoy th' race, hope he wins, an show up whenever y' can; we'll be fine Happy

Unfortunately I must remain in the "maybe" pile. My husband has a race on Saturday morning and by its very nature I cannot predict what time we will be home. I will try my best to make it on, but I will not make any promises.

Larksong will be there with her brand-new deluxe model theorbo

(But will, of course, be happy to play the flute and clarinet again. Just happy to be level 20!)

Sure, that's no problem. It wouldn't be a problem if it's not happening at saturday. I just wanted to remind people to think about it because everyone liked it last saturday tho that doesn't mean everyone wants to or has time. I'm aware of that.

Actually, it ain't certain that Rosalie an Rosalila will be able t' be there. But Celbrethion met a couple o' folks at th' Beer Fights yesterday both o' whom are excited 'bout playin in th' Band. One (Kyrian--not t' be confused with Kyrianna, despite th' similar name) has already applied t' th' Kin an ought t' be approved soon, but probly will be out o' town this weekend. Th' other may be joinin SB in a short while, but I think he'll be happy t' play in th' Concert. Plan t' contact him in Middle-earth this week.
Also, I'm hopin Bugo might join us, an Calily this time, too. I'll also be sendin both o' them messages an/or chattin with 'em if th' opportunity occurs.
ALSO, Lattie had wanted t' be involved, but had her music storage machine in th' repair shop last week, so mebbe she'll be available as well.

A little reminder to everyone:

We would like to repeat our concert this next saturday at the same time (12:30pm est). We need to know who of the people from last time can come again and it should be decided by thursday. So that would be Dallo, Rosalie + Rosalila, Larksong, Doth, Taumel and me. Please let us know if you can make it or not.
Besides that we would like to ask anyone who is interested to play to say so too. It's not a big deal to download the songs and play them in game. We just need to know you will be there for sure and what instruments you can play. So be brave and say: me!

All righty, I think I've fixed everythin—Uploaded Fiddler's Elbow, added Scocha t' th' group playin Bottle o' Punch, an re-uploaded Dowd's Favorite (also known as just "Dowd's"). Made a compromise on that tune, switched th' Horn parts back t' Flute, but kept th' substitution I'd made in m' own files o' havin th' Bagpipes play one o' th' parts instead o' th' Lute.
Don't try t' figger it out, just go ahead an re-download it, an th' two that had Horn parts'll just need t' play Flutes on it instead.

This is what insufficient sleep'll do t' a fellow...

Sorry, sorry; it's my busy week, been wokin too much an th' brain don't function as well qs usual (whatever level that ma be).
Yer right, Taenz, I seem t' have neglected t' put Fiddler's Elbow up; I'll do that soon as I get home t'night. As t' th' other points, aye, please go ahead an play th' Drum part on "Punch"; just a oversight on my part.
An with Dowd's, it's really just a 4-part song, but since we'll have 8 there (Eru willin an th' creek don't rise) I figgered let's just play two o' everythin so we can all get in on it. I think I may have re-assigned th' instrumentation since it got posted, I'll double check on that too; None o' th' notes is diffrent, but I sort o' recall messin around with what instrument plays what line.

I'll figger it out t'night; thanks fer checkin th' whole thing out.

Also, I sent Dothlangir all his parts in th' Post in Middle-earth, but as o' last night, he hadn't been there t' read 'em yet, since Sunday. I'm sort o' assumin he'll show up fer practice, if not b'fore, but I guess we may be needin Lila after all. Just have t' see how it works out

Well, I was checking all the songs to make sure I have them all and I noticed I don't have the Fiddler's Elbow song and I have a song that is called Dowds but only has 4 parts (lute, theorbo, flute, clarinet), not the Dowd's Favorite with 8 parts and the instruments you mean. So I need those still but couldn't find them in the library.
Also I checked the files for Bottle of Punch and noticed you forgot to add the drum part in your list. So I guess I play that with Scocha or no drums for that song?

So please, everyone who plays in the band tomorrow, check if you got all the needed files and bring the instruments you play Happy
