I got a loading error when I tried to load my Songbook for band practice a week and a half ago. Since then I have still been unable to use Songbook no matter what I tried. Until now, that is.
Bellcari of the Lonely Mountain Band got in touch with Chiran, the writer of this plugin. Here's the fix he suggested:

\The Lord of the Rings Online\PluginData\<lotrouser>\AllServers\SongbookS ettings.plugindata
Then loading the plugin again. I hope that might solve the issue!
I did have to rebuild my song library, but hopefully I'll have no more issues from this point on. So if any of you have a similar issue, please try this first.
