I wouldn't worry overmuch about this. The voting at WS is variable unfortunately and a band that plays to an audience 100 bigger than another band will have an advantage. It is not a fair contest in that sense but that's just the way it is and I don't really see why Breakfasters should refrain from voting - that is my personal opinion anyway. And remember, we suffered greatly last year because we were first on, before the audience built and when half of them didn't understand the Hope token system anyway!
We have a sporting saying in my country - you can only play what's in front of you. In this case, you can only vote on what you see. |

No account, may just be a caching problem. I had that once or twice but mostly it plays OK. |

I highly recommend bein there fer th' entire festival (gatherin at th' Forsaken Inn b'tween Noon an 1PM, then up t' Weathertop in a big (an very laggy) parade, an then all th' bands... but that's quite a long day. If yer just interested in seein th' Breakfast Club's set, we're th' 9th band t' play, so ASSUMIN that it takes no more than a half hour t' get everyone up t' th' top o' Weathertop an settled in an welcomed an all, an ASSUMIN that th' parade actually starts at 1PM (last year I think we didn't get underway til about 1:20) an ASSUMIN that each band sticks pretty much t' th' 15 minutes allotted to 'em, then th' Breakfast Club'll be playin at about 3:30PM (server time, o' course). But it'll likely be later than that.
If anyone d'cides t' arrive just in time t' hear our Band, tho, I got t' ask ye in all fairness not t' participate in any o' th' voting, as y' wouldn't've seen th' competition... an there's some damn fine bands goin t' be there. Not that I don't think we b'long in that company; we certainly do! But I don't want t' have folks stuffin th' ballot box fer us ;)
So, come fer th' whole Festival! It's a experience ye'll not soon ferget! =) |

Breakfast Club performed in Bree on Landroval today as part of the the road to Weatherstock Concert Series! If you missed it, here are some highlights of the event. Many, many thanks to Rosalei/Rosalie, Murpel, Olangrim, Folbri, Blondel/Skaldosi, and Larksong/Larkfeather of Second Breakfast; visiting band members Odred, Diraelen, Ateara, and Argwereal; and of course, our fearless dict--I mean, leader, Daffin!
