LFG
Hi! I'm an experienced MMORPG player just returned to LotRO after several years absence and I'm currently looking at kinships in Crickhollow, especially US Eastern Time Zone. I can see you're an active group with a big social focus. I can't see, because of closed forum sections, what's actually going on as far as other group activities. Would it be possible for me to get a look at two forum sections for one day so I can get a better sense of that aspect of your kinship? They are
Events and Deed Runs
Fellowships, Raiding & Skirmishing
Thanks!
Hello, and thanks for your interest in Second Breakfast!
I am not aware of any way for us to let you see the closed sections of the forums for non-members. We do however have a guild charter that you can view.
The very best way to find out more about what we're all about is by contacting the officers in-game via IM.
Willowing (Leader)
Pontin (Successor)
Myself - Duidhrastir (events officer)
Pumpkinspyce (RP officer)
Cheggra (fellowship officer)
Luventhariel (events officer)
Rosalie (administrative officer)
Foxfern (Band leader/officer)
Qiardo/Quini (hospitality officer)
Butternut (fellowship officer)
Edhelraeth (hospitality officer)
Finarphin/Drummor (officer)
Everbrock (Quartermaster)
Gamutdorok (Quartermaster)
Jancis (Quest/Deeding officer)
If you cannot reach the desired officer you wish to speak to via IM, you can always send them an in-game mail and they will certainly reply soon :)

Well met! :)
Our Events are typically social or musical events. We do have deed runs, but they are usually a spontaneous, or something set up by posting a desire to do a certain area.
Raiding and Skirmishing are done, but since it's down on the list of our priorities, they are pretty rare. Many are done by simply asking if anyone wants to try one in kinchat.
So, short answer; we do do them, but it's not high on our priority list.
We do, however run weekly Roving Threats runs every Sunday, and attempt at all times to help our fellow kinnies out if they need it. For example, helping kinnies through BBs that are hard to solo if you've never done them.
You can also check out crickhollowkins.tumblr.com for a list of many, many of the kinships in Crickhollow and basic details about those kinships, so if you are looking in particular for, say, a Raiding Kinship, then you can look for kinships that list that as their main focus. :)
If you need any more info than that, as Duidhrastir pointed out (and listed nicely) you can ask one of our officers in-game.
You can type into WC the following:
"/who breakfast 1 115" (minus the quotation marks)
and send a tell to whoever pops up, to ask for an officer. :)
On the home page, the left side, below "Section Links" and "Kinship Alliance", under "Kin Membership" is a link that says "apply to second breakfast"
A second link is at the bottom of the "well, what is second breakfast, anyways?" paragraph. The last line "fill out an application".
But no worries! I'll just put one here too! :)
