Whatcha all Doing During the Down-time?
I binged all of Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale on Netflix. Transcribed 45 new songs. Cleaned up my guitar, put on new strings, re-tuned my Floyd-Rose and then learned the intro to Hail to the King by Avenged Sevenfold. Took my bunny to the vet for a checkup and nail clipping. Slept. Read through a half dozen Better Homes and Gardens magazines I got from a friend. Tried one of their recipes for shortbread cookies, they were okay, not great. Had an extended conversation with my youngest about the meaning of 2001 a Space Odyssey. Binged The Kingdom on Netflix (zombies in ancient China). Neighbors were being thumpy, so got out the bass and learned most of the rest of Hail to the King (I can soooooooo out-volume them, and really want to, but am restraining myself for the meantime, they're not super loud, just annoying at times). Binged season 2 of The Punisher. Slept.
Now it's Friday and I can no Bread & Jam. :(
Very tempted to hold a 2-3 hour long concert in Bree somewhere with Alt Rock Band whenever they open the game again.
And I miss talking to all my friends here in SB. So...what're you doing? Dish it!
Re-reading Fellowship of the Ring, doctors appointment, having family over, grading my husband's students' research papers, snuggling with my cats, reading peoples' comments on the LOTRO facebook page (quite entertaining), putting up bulletin boards in my classroom, binging Manifest and Good Doctor, building legos. And more cat snuggling. I'm bored... Missing everyone.
Um, I'm finally getting my 10,000 steps in. Over 11,000 actually, but who's counting? Oh, wait, I am. Yeah. Lessee . . . working a full-time job, so that takes up a buncha time. Baking. No amount of steps will make up for that, but I don't care. Went to see my middle school's first-ever musical this evening, and it was FABTASTIC! Truly. I can't believe kids pulled off something that professional. I'm so dang proud of them! Playing lots of Legends of Solgard on my iPad--gotta get my Rock Gronch to level 6. You know how it is. Studiously avoiding the Twitter and the Facebook as much as possible, although I do read the LOTRO updates and Tweets from LOTRO friends. Most people seem to be taking the downtime in stride, but I can't bear to read the toxic comments.
Do drop in. The doors are always open!

Breakfast: the best meals of the day.
ironically i am enjoying everyone'a chatting on discord and other sns. usually i am forced to be away from all the chatters in game due to time zone and suffering inactivity while i am in game.. lucky i am rather busy in real life and sadly have few time to spare for lotro... so, the prolonged extended downtime has no huge impact on me at the moment...
anyways....what i have been doing no matter how the server status is...
Gamut's drawings would make for great Lotro Halmark cards. They're soooo cute!

Tremolos need to be tuned? Oops. I thought it was “lock it and forget it”.
Every once in a while I like to check/re-set the individual intonations of each string. =)
