Leap of Faith
by SaintGraye on Thu Feb 27, 2014 7:14 amHaving discovered Laurinda's well-nigh miraculous ability to survive massive falls while adventuring in the Misty Mountains (and impart that gift to her teammates, at times) we chose to dive from the highest points we could discover, thus leading to a brief visit to the Pit of Iron in the Gap of Rohan. Although a picture may be worth a thousand words, I feel it necessary to add what these do not: I died, Laurinda survived.
@Graye: That "event" will be glorious; we must plan for it soon. :D @Daffin As you're a hobbit and a burglar, I feel you would at least have a fighting chance...

I agree! I had an absolute blast with you and hope we can do it again soon... possibly as a part of that... um... "event" we discussed. Really want to see it raining SB'ers. ;)

How I survived that drop is a complete mystery to me. I had so much luck I'm expecting a bout of incredibly bad luck to balance it out. XD This was a very fun activity though! I can't think of a better way to explore Middle Earth.
