How to get to Blue Theatre as a lower level player?

1) find Belfalas House Broker at Boar Fountain in Bree

2) talk to her and find house for sale to visit. most convenient one is "5 Cape Road" in any neighbourhood,

Select the house and press "Tour House"

*following neighbourhood have available "5 Cape Road" house now, (Nov. 24, 2017 at present) *

Braiglad/ / Dirnellam/ / Ecthelos/ / Edenost/ / Galgaras/ / Garth Nellad/ / Himadab/ / Hunthand/ / Maedhol/ / Merilhad/ / Muingar/ / Naith din/ / Narnamon/ / Nen Gwilith/ / Nin Thiliad/ / Parth Ithil/ / Pel Caun/ / Ronglond/ / Rad Ethuil/ / Saerath/ / Sengast/ / Siramon/ / Tagolfen/

3) you will be ported to the house, 5 Cape Road, Belfalas Homestead, 

4) Turn your face to the sea, and then turn left, to the north east, to go up Cape Road to the eastern gate

5) you will find fast steed to Minas Tirith just out side of the gate. 

6) The horse promptly takes you to Minas Tirith (befor battle), horse master at the grand gate of the citadel.

you have to take hairpin-turn route up to the 4th tier (Players' Tier)

 6) turn right, to the south, and keep runing toward the market, pass through Old Guest house and South Guest House

7) the slop to 2nd tier could be easily missed. turn 180 degree to the right as you find the market place!

then you will find the slope!

8) Sword Gate is the entrance to 2nd Tier (Soldier's Tier) 

enter the gate to the Court of Turin, and turn right, to the northward, pass through Soldiers' Neath, City Armoury and Hall of Laws,

and you will get to Wielding Yard where soldiers are gathering for training. Again, do not miss the slope to the left!

9) Silver Gate is entrance to the 3rd Tier (Craftsmans' Tier)

enter the gate to the Smith's Market, and turn left, to southward, pass through Creaters' Neath and Clothier's Market, 

you will find the lovely tavern sign "The Heaven" you can stop at ;) , but look out! you might miss the slope again! to the right.

10) we are finally here, to the 4th Tier, Players' Tier where musicians and performers are gathering

Enter the Lords' Gate to the Court of Voronwe, then turn left, to south where the Blue Theatre is!

11) we made it!

* Sadly there is no safe/free way back to Bree or any lower level area from Minas Tirith, but you can find gentle and kind hunters to port you back to Bree if you ask them nicely ;P  .... Good Luck! ;D
